Information we collect

We collect information you provide to create and manage an account, such as your name, business email, company or workspace details, support messages and billing information. We also receive technical information needed to secure and operate the service, including login activity, device and browser data, IP address and service diagnostics.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, run discovery and lead-path verifications, capture evidence, send incident notifications, provide support, process billing, prevent abuse, improve reliability and communicate important service updates. We use only the information reasonably needed for these purposes.

Client site and verification data

When you add a client site, the service processes its URL, public pages, content, screenshots, technical metadata, discovery results and evidence needed to provide lead-path monitoring. New Journey runs do not capture Playwright traces. You should only add sites that you own, manage or are authorized to monitor. By adding a site, you confirm that you have the right to run the configured verifications against it. Public discovery does not authorize authentication, field entry, rehearsal or submission; those actions require the applicable customer authorization.

Cookies

AVMEL uses necessary cookies for sign-in, session security and core service functions. The public cookie notice dismissal is stored in your browser’s local storage. We do not currently load optional analytics or marketing cookies or tracking scripts.

If optional cookies are introduced, we will update this policy and provide controls before enabling them.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with providers that host infrastructure, deliver email, process payments, provide security services or help us operate the service. The payment provider shown at checkout may act as Merchant of Record for a transaction and receives only the information needed to process it. Service providers are expected to protect the information they receive.

We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, investigate abuse or protect our customers and other users.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Scan evidence and operational history are retained according to the workspace and plan settings where available.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
