The terms for using AVMEL to protect client lead paths, capture evidence and manage operational risk.
Service
AVMEL provides B2B SaaS for monitoring client website lead paths, forms, booking actions, conversion flows and tracking failures. The service may discover and run safe verifications, capture evidence when a verification needs attention, help route incidents to teams and surface operational protection signals. Reports are provided for business operations and reliability review.
No legal advice
AVMEL is software and does not provide legal advice. Observed signals identify evidence about a client site or lead path and may require review by your team, your client or a qualified professional.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and billing information when purchasing a paid plan.
Acceptable use
You may use AVMEL only for client sites you own, manage or are authorized to protect. By adding a site, you represent that you have the right to run the configured verifications against it and accept responsibility for that use. Basic public-safe checks do not require a separate access-confirmation step; advanced, private or customer-controlled workflows may require additional confirmation.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure or use verification results to harm third parties.
Plans and billing
AVMEL offers Free at $0, Agency at $99 per month and Portfolio at $249 per month. Plan limits and features are shown on the pricing page unless a separate written agreement applies.
Paid subscriptions may be processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. That provider may act as Merchant of Record for the transaction and handle payment processing, applicable taxes, payment-related refunds and chargebacks under its terms and policies. Taxes may be added or collected where required.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through AVMEL billing or by contacting support@avmel.com. Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but AVMEL is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or modify features as the product evolves.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVMEL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising from use of the service.
